I Can't Resist

If I don't stop this I'm NEVER going to pick up my needle again!
While I was putting together the last post, Masterchief was outside with the camera.
Here's one of our hummingbird feeder located outside our kitchen window. I love these little bundles of sugar! Wish I had just a smidge of their metabolism.

You'll have to look closely at the next one to see the beautiful rainbow we saw tonight. It was a full bow...this is one end. What a beautiful reminder of a His promise made so long ago!

OK....that's IT!! My eyes are burning so no stitching tonight. Hopefully I'll be able to show some progress on ABC soon.....that is if I can stay out of blogland long enough. *sheesh*

I love hummingbirds ;)
Yep, that's what happens when you start blogging.......some days I write more than stitch. But I love both so.......it's ok.

Hope you have a great evening.

Yes it's easy to get addicted to posting. I think when the 'newness' wears off you'll get a little more stitcing done. Course you'll probably be posting a lot too. I like the hummingbird picture! We had a beautiful double rainbow last night. It went all the way across the sky and usually you don't see the entire thing. I thought of God's promise he made and just looked at the rainbows in awe. It was quite peaceful!

What a darling post with Mr. Hummer and a full bow...I think I've only seen maybe two of those in my lifetime!

Love the hummer pic!! I don't have a blog yet, but just reading those I love can take a bunch of time. But, I have "met" so many wonderful and generous people, that I will never regret the time spent in blogland!

Great stitches in your last post!

Great blog! Love that RM ABC! What fiber are you stitching it in? I think I've seen it once before framed at an LNS, but I'm not certain. Love that "C" block! :D

Hi Peggy...welcome to the wonderful world of blogging! I hope that you find the community of bloggers and stitching-bloggers as supportive and wonderful as I have over the last year and a half. Beautiful photos you posted - love the humming bird; we have them too in our backyard (or we did until the bird feeder feel and broke; probably need to add that to my lists of things to do). Your ABC Tapestry is beautiful as well!
Glad that Blacksheep of the Bay pointed me in your direction this morning, for I will be back to visit!
Take care!

Hi Peggy! Welcome to the wonderful world of blogging! I've just spent a few minutes reading back thru all your entries! You have some great pieces you've done. Love your BBD piece - I did mine in honor of my maternal grandmother who has long since passed. I love your ABC tapestry and yep, it'll be a doozy to get framed but oh, so worth it!
Your hummingbird is beautiful - I don't see too many of them and that rainbow - awesome!
I hope you'll stop by my blog for a visit!

Blogging is addictive, isn't it? There are always things to say and post, and then so many blogs to admire and get enabled from. You can spend hours!

Love the picture of your hummingbird. I think it's so fun to be able to capture nature like that.

Love your blog and your stitching. You are one ambitious girl to tackle the ABC piece!!! I don't think I have the patience or stamina to do that one.
